"The Blue Hour" Rockwall, TX The Blue Hour is a term photographers use to describe the hour before or after the sun rises and sets. It's a great time to take pictures!What a beautiful site this was! As we prepared for this sunset shoot I didn't have a whole lot of hope. There weren't any clouds in the sky near us! However, the setting sun lit up high clouds far in west TX and gave us this beautiful scene. The color of the water contrasted with the sky was just amazing.
